GET THE LOOK
80s Then: Glam Rock Mullet
  1. To recreate this look without cutting hair, we suggest using natural hairpieces and extensions.
  2. Start by positioning the main hairpiece at the back of the neck, then moving upward toward the sides.
  3. Add a second, smaller hairpiece at the crown of the head.
  4. Dampen hair and trim to shoulder length.
  5. Cut hair to create a strong contrast between the front and back of the hair.
  1. Apply 1–2 pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment from mid-length to ends.
  2. For fine hair, spray Root Boost generously at the roots to create foundational lift.
  3. Apply a half-pump of Hydrating Styling Cream and comb through.
  4. Blow-dry hair with a large brush, maintaining tension for a straightening effect.
  5. Finish with Molding Cream to separate and define hair strands
